The app

What is Sculprē?

One app for diet, exercise, body composition and recovery tracking. It sets calorie and macro targets from your body and goal, suggests sets, reps and weights for each lift, reads your sleep and recovery from Apple Health or Oura, and can write coaching with Claude.

How are my calorie and macro targets set?

From your weight, height, age, sex, activity level and goal, and your body fat when you’ve logged it. Protein is set for building or keeping muscle. With cycle tracking on, the luteal phase adds about 125 calories a day as carbs.

How do lift suggestions work?

Each lift moves up a rep range, then adds weight; if you repeat the same top set for a few sessions, it adds weight to break the plateau. Readiness can make a day easier. Each lift starts with the sets you did last time, and the suggestion shows beside them in the Next column. Tap “Use suggestion” to switch to it, or “No thanks” to keep last time’s numbers.

How is readiness worked out?

With Oura connected, readiness is Oura’s own score. Otherwise Sculprē starts at 70 and adds or takes away points for yesterday’s eating, training days in a row, sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate against your own baseline, your pre-workout check-in and your cycle. Notes Oura can’t see (food, training days, the check-in) can still make lift suggestions easier on a rough day.

Which apps work with Sculprē?

Apple Health, and anything that shares with it (Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP, Strava, Peloton, Withings and many more), plus Oura directly. You can import history files from StrengthLog, Strong, Hevy, Fitbod, Lose It!, Cronometer, MyFitnessPal and MacroFactor under Settings & help → Bring your history.

Can I log food by taking a photo?

Yes. Free accounts get 7 photo meals a week, and Sculprē Pro includes up to 12 a day. On the Nutrition tab, tap Photo under Add food (or Photo on the Add food screen) and photograph your plate, or pick a photo you already took. Claude lists each food with an estimated amount, using USDA numbers for plain foods like rice, chicken or fruit when they match. Check the list before logging: change any amount that looks off, untick anything that’s wrong, and add anything it missed with Search. Photos can’t show cooking oil or what’s inside a dish, so estimates for those can be off. The photo isn’t kept.

Can I save a recipe I meal prep?

Yes. On Add food, tap Create → A recipe. Name it and set how many portions it makes. Then add the ingredients for the whole recipe: paste the ingredient list from a recipe site and Claude reads each one with its amount (Sculprē Pro), search for each ingredient, scan each package’s barcode one after another (pick how much of each, like ½ bag or 1 block, then Add to recipe and scan the next; tap Done when finished), or switch to Nutrition only and type in the recipe’s own numbers (per serving or for the whole recipe). Each ingredient’s amount can be in its own measures (a can, a bag, a block, a serving), cups, lb, oz or g, with quick ¼, ½ and whole amounts; scanned packages bring their size, and for anything else tap the unit, then Add a package size. Sculprē shows one portion’s cal and macros and how much of each ingredient is in a portion. Tap Save and add 1 portion to log one right away; it’s one of your foods after that, and + adds a portion from Recent, Favorites or search. Weigh the cooked batch if you want to log portions by weight. Tap Edit recipe on its screen to change it; past entries keep their numbers.

Can Sculprē read the workout on the whiteboard?

Yes, with Sculprē Pro. On Log activity, tap Scan the board and photograph the whiteboard, TV screen or printed card from your class (a WOD, HYROX session, bootcamp or circuit). Claude writes the workout out, picks the activity type and how it’s scored, and you check it, add your score and save. If your Apple Watch already recorded the class, add the workout to that entry so it isn’t counted twice. A strength part like “Back squat 5×5” can also be logged as lifts. The photo isn’t kept. Classes without a written workout, like most yoga, log the usual way.

How do I book my next DEXA scan?

On the Body tab, tap Book a scan. Pick a BodySpec location (a storefront, or a van that visits gyms and offices) to see its next openings, then tap Book on BodySpec to choose a time and pay on their site. Turn on Remind me when it’s time for a notification 12 weeks after your last scan, which is about how long a change takes to show. If BodySpec is listed under Settings & help → Connected apps, connect it and each new scan comes in on its own; otherwise add the results on the Body tab.

Can I track supplements and peptides?

Yes. On the Nutrition tab, Supplements & Peptides lists what’s due that day; tap the circle to check one off. Add creatine, vitamins, peptides or medications with a dose and a schedule: every day, certain days, every few days, or as needed. Injections can track the site and suggest the one you used longest ago. Sculprē only keeps your log and doesn’t recommend doses.

Pro

What does Sculprē Pro add?

More Claude coaching each day, asking Claude about your training, Claude’s weekly report, Trends (charts for every lift), reading DEXA reports from a PDF or photo, scanning a workout written on a board, logging food from a photo (up to 12 a day; free accounts get 7 a week), and Smart macros (rebalancing and carb cycling). Everything else, including food and workout logging, imports and readiness, is free. A free trial shows its dates before you start (today, a reminder two days before it ends, and the day the first charge comes), and Sculprē sends that reminder.

What are Smart macros?

A Pro option in Settings & help that moves your carbs and fat with your days; protein never changes. Rebalancing: after a day well over your calories, the next day takes off the share you pick (25%, 50%, 75%, all of it, or your own percentage). A day under adds it back unless your goal is losing fat. A missed workout counts as needing a rest day’s share less (10% unless you change it), but only once your week (Monday to Sunday) can no longer reach your training days, so moving a workout to another day changes nothing. A quiet day (far fewer steps than usual in Apple Health, and no training) counts as needing less too. Know you’ll skip a workout? Turn on Skipping a workout today on Today and that day comes down right away, from carbs; the next day won’t count it again. No day moves more than about 15%, calories never go under the floor, and you can undo it for a day. Carb cycling: turn on Carb cycle enabled under the wheel on the Nutrition tab and pick what the day holds (lifting, cardio or rest); your usual week is in Settings & help. Rest days eat a share less (10% unless you change it), from carbs; lifting and cardio days keep your targets as set, since your activity level already counts your training.

Trainers

Can my trainer send me workouts?

Yes. A trainer you share with can write you a weekly program in trainer mode (part of Sculprē Pro for the trainer). It shows on your Train tab as From your trainer: tap a day to see its exercises and Start to open it as a workout with the sets and weights planned, and your trainer’s notes at the top. Your results reach your trainer the usual way. Programs are encrypted so only your phone can read them.

Can I message my trainer?

Yes. Open Settings & help → Share with a trainer → Message, or tap Message under your trainer’s program on the Train tab; a trainer opens a client and taps Message. New messages show on Today and by the client’s name. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so only the two of you can read them, and they’re kept for a year. They show the next time you open Sculprē; alerts on your lock screen come in a later update. Tap one of their messages to report it, and remove your trainer (or client) to stop all messages. Trainers message clients as part of Sculprē Pro; clients reply for free.

Can my trainer set my calories and macros?

Yes, if they add nutrition targets to your weekly program: the same every day, by day type (lifting, cardio or rest) or by weekday. The Nutrition tab asks once whether to use them: Use them replaces your own targets on those days (Smart macros step aside), Keep mine leaves yours. You can switch either way under the wheel anytime. With targets by day type, Sculprē picks the day from your plan or what you logged, and you can change it under the wheel.

Can my trainer pay for my Pro?

Yes. A trainer with a Coach plan can cover Sculprē Pro for their clients: Coach includes 5, and the trainer can add more. When your trainer covers you, Pro turns on in your app with nothing to buy, for as long as their Coach plan runs, and the Pro screen says who covers it. If you already subscribe yourself, you can cancel your own subscription in your Apple ID settings so you don’t pay twice.

Can I use Sculprē on a computer?

For trainers, yes: sign in at emontiel-health.expo.app with your Sculprē account’s email and password and click Link my phone. Signed up with Apple or Google? Set a password first in the app: Settings & help → Account → Website sign-in. On your iPhone, open Settings & help → Linked computers → Scan the code (or point the iPhone’s Camera at it) and approve. Your clients’ days and your programs then open on that computer too. They stay encrypted, and the computer gets its own copy of the key. Link only your own computer. Unlink it anytime from the same screen on your phone, or sign out on the computer. Trends and the AI chat for Pro members are coming to the website next.

Can a trainer write programs in a spreadsheet?

Yes, and send everyone’s at once. Build the week in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers on your computer with one tab per client, named for the client (Get the template shows the layout: Day, Exercise, Sets, Reps, Weight, Notes). Save it as .xlsx to iCloud Drive or Google Drive, or email it to yourself (from Google Sheets: File → Download → Microsoft Excel). In Sculprē, Trainer mode → Upload programs → Pick a file: each tab is matched to a client by name, you check who gets what, then Send. A blank Day keeps adding to the day above, “4x6” works in Sets, a rep range like 8-10 is kept in the notes, and a Week column of Monday dates holds several weeks. For one client, open their week and tap Fill in from a spreadsheet to paste rows or pick a file.

Privacy and your data

Where is my data kept?

On your phone. Your food, workouts, body measurements and health data never leave it unless you use a Claude feature or export it. Your account (Sign in with Apple, or your email and password) holds only your login, a creator code if you used one, and how many Claude requests you’ve made. Deleting the app deletes your data, so export it first if you want a copy.

What does Claude see?

Only when you tap a Claude feature, and only after you allow it once: a summary of your goal, food and macro totals, workouts, body measurements, sleep and recovery numbers from Apple Health, check-ins and cycle phase. Nothing from Oura is ever sent, and neither is your name or email. It isn’t stored or used to train models. You can turn it off in Settings & help → Privacy.

Why can’t I connect Strava or WHOOP directly?

Their rules don’t let apps with AI coaching use their data. Their workouts still reach Sculprē through Apple Health: turn on Apple Health sharing in that app.

How do I get my data out?

Settings & help → Your data. Each export is a CSV file you can send to yourself by email or save to Files.

How do I delete my account?

Settings & help → Account → Delete account. Your data on this phone can be erased from the same screen.

Is this medical advice?

No. Everything in Sculprē is general fitness information. Check with a doctor, dietitian or other licensed professional before changing your diet or training.
